Our tried and true process for making elegant and efficient office spaces aligns perfectly with residential renovations. We start by consulting with you to understand the wholesale program for the apartment template design and how it lays out through the rest of the building.

We’ll take the program and roughly lay it out (schematic design) to collaborate with you on how your space will look.  From an approved schematic design, we’ll refine the design layout to show the most efficient use of space, incorporating elegant details.  We’ll partner with you on finishes and material selections.  Once you’re happy with how it is all coming together, we’ll coordinate with the consultants to fill in the details (fully coordinated construction documents) and get it priced, approved and built to your satisfaction.
