Clarity in Execution: An NYC Office Fit-Out

Acting as the building’s architect, we partnered with an overseas designer to translate a concept-driven vision into a buildable reality in New York City. We coordinated the NYC office fit-out to align with local building codes, zoning requirements, and construction standards while maintaining continuity with the tenant’s overall design intent. Throughout the project, we detailed custom architectural elements – including curved ceiling coves with integrated lighting – to bring clarity, structure, and spatial coherence across the workplace.
